soooo interesting! Nothing is more annoying than having to spend so much time managing all my social networks and then have to sign up for yet again another one if I want to play around with what they offer. And although some tie into others, it would be so cool to just sign up for one umbrella network, load all info, pics, video, music, etc and have it aggregate to all the other sites of my choice. Yeah
Facebook definitely is on the right track but I can't wait to see what happens next!
facebook is an incredibly mediated system, and i think that's part of its success - i think we'll probably want to go into detail on exactly _how_ facebook gets moderated, and how these social graphing systems have analogues in the music world - sort of like conductors, or band leaders. i realize i'm making broad assertions here...
